Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick items according to order slips and warehouse location system Pick inventory using FEFO to ensure proper product rotation Carefully pack products using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit Apply shipping labels and verify accuracy of each order before dispatch Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times Assist with inventory counts, replenishment, and cycle counts as needed Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality standards Work extended hours during high volume periods to ensure 100% of orders are shipped on time

Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift Must be able to stand and walk for long periods 8 to12 hours a day Must be able to focus 100% on work and stay goal oriented in a fast paced environment Must be able to use basic technology and warehouse systems – RF scanners, tablets, computers Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish Strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency Dependable, punctual, and a positive team player Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus
