Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will ensure that our products are shipped accurately and on time, while also maintaining optimal inventory levels. This position is in a luxury showroom environment not a warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily shipping activities, including preparing shipping documents and labels. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock checks. Update inventory management systems with incoming and outgoing shipments. Communicate with suppliers and carriers to ensure smooth logistics. Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments. Maintain a clean and organized shipping area. Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, inventory management software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math skills for inventory counting and shipping calculations. Previous experience in shipping, inventory control, or a related field is preferred.
