The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all products are handled with care and efficiency. This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to excellent customer service and timely delivery. Duties Efficiently pick and pack orders according to customer specifications using RF scanners. Load and unload products from delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks safely and effectively. Maintain an organized work area to facilitate smooth operations within the distribution center. Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals and deadlines. Conduct quality checks on products before packaging to ensure accuracy and prevent errors. Assist with inventory management by reporting discrepancies or low stock levels as needed. Skills Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes within a distribution center environment. Experience with RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment. Familiarity with e-commerce operations and the specific requirements for order processing. Ability to operate pallet jacks and reach trucks safely in a warehouse setting. Strong attention to detail for accurate picking, packing, and labeling of packages. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
