Print & Fulfillment Associate Position Available In Providence, Rhode Island

Print & Fulfillment Associate Merchbro 1005 Main Street, Pawtucket, RI 02860 Merchbro is an e-commerce company with a mission to help customers Express What Matters ™ through custom-printed products. Our flagship brand, Wristband Bros, is the leading supplier of silicone wristbands. We also offer lanyards, keychains, and other personalized products. We will be adding a member to our Print & Fulfillment Team. This position will play a key role in supporting both our in-house shipping / receiving as well as printing departments. The role will have varied responsibilities within our facility working closely with other members of our team.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred Ability to operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (certification a plus) Familiarity with shipping software and carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) a plus Proficiency with computers. Good verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and collaborate with others. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace Experience with pad or screen printing a plus, but not required. Ability to work in our Pawtucket, RI office High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Core Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the production and logistics team daily to ensure efficient workflow. Fulfillment Pick, prepare, package and ship orders. Track, trace and update the status of outbound and inbound shipments. Coordinate with shipping carriers for daily deliveries and pickups. Communicate with the customer service team relating to any shipment delays, issues or returns. Maintain an organized and efficient shipping area. In-house Production Prepare and package items ready for shipment. Monitor in-house inventory. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Prepare and create engraving plates for pad printing.
