Key Responsibilities:

Professional Experience:

2 Years of distribution or manufacturing or related experience preferred. Previous exposure to heavy forklift handling (Larger than 5-ton lift) 1 Year experience operating fork trucks or equivalent skillset Any large fork truck (greater than 10,000 lbs.) or other heavy equipment operation desired Previous use of warehouse management systems or receiving / loading preferred Education and specialized skills profile: High school degree or GED equivalent Knowledge of SAP (preferred) Ability and aptitude to learn how to use JMC scanning computer mounted on forklift. Ability and aptitude to trouble shoot system issues and determine resolution. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite specific to Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Able to understand warehouse management system and operate according to guidelines Environment and Behavioral profile: Always operate in safe manner Must possess the ability to work well with little or no supervision and with a collaborative team. Meticulous Able to stay focused on completing tasks. Demonstrates good time management and a sense of urgency. Mobility and Physical Requirement profile:

Work location is Barnwell. This job operates in both the manufacturing environment. The Manufacturing environment is not conditioned or climate controlled. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and operate for extended periods of time a fork truck, talk, hear, stand, walk; use hands/fingers along with small tools as needed. Must be able to adequately see all safety signs, shipping documents & materials packaging descriptions in an industrial / manufacturing light setting. The ability to reasonably lift 30 lbs. without assistance. This is a full-time position, and general hours of work between 8:00 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday. Working time may vary. This position may regularly require extended hours, night shift and or weekend work as well Key relationships (internal and external stakeholder) Operations, Maintenance, Customer Service, & Scheduling Suppliers and freight providers
