Full Job Description Description:

Coordinates and expedites flow of parts, and assemblies between sections or departments, according to manufacturing department priorities, and compiles and maintains manual or computerized records. Organization of shop orders to be kitted. Kitting shop orders for “on time start” via BOM. Priority established by FAB “on time start”. Material retrieval from receiving and primary operations. ERP accuracy and maintenance within kitting. Issuing of materials per shop order. Kitting organization and maintenance in the kitting area. The quarterly cycle counts on primary and component parts. Job pack assembly and distribution to the processing area. Entering completed shop orders into ERP system. All other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE

Associate’s degree with an emphasis in Accounting and relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong computer skills are required, with an emphasis on ERP systems.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk; use hands to finger; handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear. The associate is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The associate must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Exposure is frequent to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles

• eye protection is required, and fumes, machine vibration, and noisy conditions, high temperatures, and occasional to a restricted space work area.
