If so, Masis Staffing may have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently looking for warehouse associates to fill full time positions on 3rd shift with a company in North Charleston. Ideal candidates must speak English and Spanish, have experience using an electric pallet jack, and have previous experience as a warehouse associate.

Hours:

Overnight Sunday –

Friday:

10pm – 6am

Pay Rate:

$18/hr

Job Summary:

 Responsible for selecting, shrink wrapping and loading any assignment they are given by a supervisor/lead. This must be completed until the last assignment has been issues and/or a supervisor/lead has stated that the shift is complete. Nightshift Selectors must do this while also avoiding shorting, miss-picking, and sending damaged or outdated product to our customers. Must be able to work in warehouse between 35-55 degrees. Must be bilingual.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Use an electric ride-on pallet to select every assignment issued with a high level of accuracy.
2. Shrink wrap and secure every pallet for the delivery trucks.
3. Use WMS system, to ensure that every shrink wrapped/secured pallet goes onto the correct truck.
4. Request replenishments of slot locations through respectful and direct verbal communication with our forklift operators or through verbal communication to anyone in management.
5. Ensure all assignments are completed before clocking out for the shift.
6. When required, and within reason, perform additional responsibilities like cleaning, working in a different role, etc.
8. Attend the pre-shift huddle at the beginning of the shift.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. At least one year experience in a warehouse environment in a similar capacity.
3. Strong product knowledge.
4. Experience using a forklift or Electric Riding pallet jack required, certification preferred, but not mandatory.
5. Able to count and build large orders of produce; at times over 300 pieces.
6. Ability to commit many numbers to memory in reference to products and orders.
7. Yard Jockey experience helpful.
8. Possess high energy and a team attitude.
9. Ability to work Sunday-Friday 10:00pm – 6:00am or until finished.

Physical Demands:

1. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 100% of the time.
2. Must be able to move and lift boxes weighing up to 60lbs.
3. Must be able to operate and inspect powered equipment using controls.
4. Must be able to see distance, color, peripheral, depth and adjust focus.

Working Conditions:

1. This position requires irregular hours to include nights, weekends, and some holidays.
2. Temperatures can be as low as 35 degrees in some areas.
3. Noise level is moderate.
