Hire Dynamics is currently hiring a Shipping Coordinator to take on a 1st shift job opportunity in Charleston. This is a career opportunity that is part of a cross dock operation supporting a large retail distribution center.

Pay:

$23.00 per hour to start (Unlimited referral bonuses!)

Shift:

6:30am – 3:30pm (must be flexible to work later hours and/or on weekends)
Job Duties as a Shipping Coordinator for

Hire Dynamics:

Responsible for directing the flow of product coming into the warehouse and going out on trucks
Will be managing data and reports in Microsoft Excel in a fast-paced, high pressure environment Ensure product is sorted, baled, weighed, loaded and recycled based on customer specifications
Work in a fast-paced team environment
Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation

Job Requirements for a

Shipping Coordinator:

Minimum 12 months experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and experience with WMS.
Willingness and ability to manage flow of product in a cross-dock operation
Familiar with brokerage, drayage, import/export operations a big plus!
Attention to detail to compare numbers and accurately update reports and spreadsheets
Will be working in a warehouse environment – hot/cold/humid
Ability to multitask with Excel reports, managing in-person conversations, while also communicating with yard jockey drivers and/or customers
Excellent warehouse math skills
Advanced computer skills
