Location:

Olsten Staffing is currently assisting a valued client in Hartsville in their search for a Shipping Clerk / Customer Service Representative. This dynamic position goes beyond typical customer service—you’ll be wearing many hats and supporting a variety of key business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders and invoices
Create and manage shipping labels
Answer phones and respond to emails
Provide backup support for labor entry and shipping operations
Perform general office duties and data entry
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook effectively

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and bend as needed
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Flexible and adaptable team player

Work Schedule:

Primary:

Monday•Thursday, 8:30 AM•5:30 PM

Friday:

8:30 AM•12:30 PM

Note:

Must be available to work Sunday•Tuesday as required

Pay Details:

$18.00 per hour
