Shipping and Receiving/Inventory Intellectt Inc Piedmont, SC Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our distribution center, ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in order fulfillment and a strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes. Duties Process incoming shipments by verifying contents against purchase orders and packing slips. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and manage stock. Perform order picking, packing, and labeling for outgoing shipments. Operate reach trucks to move products within the warehouse safely. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions using AS400 or similar systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies. Follow safety protocols to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is preferred. Proficient in order picking, packing, and shipping/receiving processes. Familiarity with RF scanners and basic math skills for inventory management. Experience operating reach trucks is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
