Shipping Specialist Position Available In Spartanburg, South Carolina

Shipping Specialist RDI-USA, Inc 3448 Moore Duncan Highway, Moore, SC 29369 We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping Associate to join our logistics team. This role is responsible for preparing, packaging, and dispatching outgoing shipments, as well as assisting with incoming deliveries. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards
• Generate shipping labels and documentation using shipping software (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL)
• Coordinate with carriers and warehouse staff to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory movement
• Assist in receiving and stocking incoming goods as needed
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
• Familiarity with shipping platforms and inventory systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, shipping software)
