We are currently looking for a Receiving/Inventory Clerk to join our team in Rock Hill, SC. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that materials are received, stocked, and distributed correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and deliveries Accurately enter data into inventory systems and verify against purchase orders Organize and stock materials in designated areas for easy access and inventory control Assist with regular cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to the appropriate team members Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure materials are available when needed Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Follow all safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory role preferred Basic computer skills: familiarity with inventory systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods Reliable and punctual with a team-focused attitude Forklift certification required – we will train the right candidate
