• Job Description:

• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
• Shipping & Receiving Associate
• to join our team. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate material flow, and maintaining organization within the shipping and receiving area.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Prepare items for shipment and receive incoming materials for the shop.

+ Gather, inspect, package, label, and address materials for shipping. + Measure and palletize/box products to ensure secure transportation. + Maintain accurate inventory levels by reconciling stock and tracking shipments. + Operate forklifts and other equipment to transport materials safely. + Utilize RF scanners for tracking and processing inventory. + Read and interpret tape measurements as required for all plant jobs. + Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. + Assist with additional tasks as needed, including learning new roles such as saw operating, burn table, and grinding.

• Required Skills & Experience:

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures. + Comfortable with material handling, picking, packing, and staging inventory. + Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as SAP is a plus. + Willingness to learn and expand skill sets in various warehouse functions.

• The pay range for this position is $19.00
