Shipping & Receiving Clerk (Manufacturing Assembly) Vanator 9202 Action Avenue, Ooltewah, TN 37363
Position Summary:
We are a rapidly growing manufacturing company seeking reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in a dual-role position that combines Shipping & Receiving and Assembly responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to multitask, and the willingness to learn and grow with the company.

High School Diploma or GED required 0-3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or general manufacturing preferred Basic knowledge of inventory procedures and use of inventory tracking systems Must be punctual, dependable, and possess a positive, professional attitude Ability to read and use a tape measure and follow technical instructions and blueprints
Key Responsibilities:
Experience documenting and tracking shipments and package receipts utilizing ERP and modern technology platforms for accuracy and audit trail. Must have proven excel and/or ERP supply chain/warehouse management etc.
Shipping & Receiving Duties:
Ensure the efficient and accurate movement of incoming materials and outgoing orders Verify shipment documentation, shipping methods, and transportation details Assemble orders, prepare shipments (build boxes/crates), and complete required paperwork Report and record damages and discrepancies for accounting and record-keeping Identify and label items with correct information Assist in material handling, WIP (Work-In-Progress) management, and inventory maintenance Read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions, and part lists Gather parts, tools, and materials to complete assigned builds Position and secure parts using templates, measurements, and assembly tools Resolve minor assembly issues to meet specifications Assist in periodic inventory counts and maintain proper labeling and protection of parts
