We’re looking for a dynamic individual to oversee and optimize our client’s entire domestic and international receiving and storage operations. In this pivotal role, you’ll plan, direct, and coordinate inbound logistics to ensure seamless warehouse operations—all while staying aligned with company policies and government regulations. Salary:

Schedule:

8am•5pm, Monday•

Friday Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory policies across inbound warehouse operations.
Supervise and manage staff responsible for receiving and storing materials, including hiring, training, and developing career paths.
Oversee daily operations and organize staff workflows to meet organizational goals efficiently.
Monitor warehouse conditions, order maintenance or repairs, and manage inventory levels in coordination with inventory control teams.
Develop, implement, and track KPIs for receiving operations, reviewing performance metrics daily with warehouse staff.
Collaborate with outbound operations and leadership to build a safe, secure, and compliant work environment.
Create and maintain SOPs and emergency protocols for all inbound processes and document training, safety records, and service logs.
Address transportation, import/export, and vendor-related issues in collaboration with the COO.
Assist in financial planning, including budgeting, analyzing costs, and advising on transportation charges.
Support facility planning and improvements, including equipment purchases and space allocation in coordination with the COO.

Qualifications:

Forklift Certification, also be able to train and document forklift certification.
5 years warehouse management experience•preferably on an inbound operation network
