For this dual role – there will be coordination with installations, deliveries, and service jobs while managing inventory and asset storage with precision and efficiency. You will serve as a key operational hub, working closely with sales, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, installers, and customers to ensure everything runs smoothly. Warehouse & Asset Management
- Determine material and equipment needs.
- Maintain receiving, inspection, loading/unloading, and inventory control.
- Responsible for overall management of asset storage business
- SnapTracker set up, input, monitoring, accuracy, and customer demonstration.
- Training, development, evaluation, discipline, and safety of all personnel
- Warehouse 5S, care and maintenance
- Facility care and maintenance. Operations & Scheduling
- Schedule meetings with team members to discuss daily work schedules.
- Coordinate manpower and daily job assignments for installation crew.
- Reach out/Interact with customers on product installation schedules.
- Organize and distribute delivery tickets, review time sheets, and track ticket status.
- Closeout delivery tickets and take appropriate actions on re-order product.
- Lead weekly scheduling meetings and align with Project Managers on workflow. General Responsibilities
- Provide status updates to the Chief Operating Officer
- Maintain professional and courteous attitude at all times.
- Monitor and update necessary reports.
- Ensure orders are pulled and properly loaded.
- Ensure all products are properly received and inspected.
- Other duties assigned by Chief Operating Officer Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools i.e., Excel (Required) Valid driver’s license required and a DOT physical. Material Handling Equipment Certification (To be given by ORI) Physical Demands
- Heavy lifting (50 pounds), moving, unloading, etc.… as required.
- Bending, stooping, reaching, climbing, crouching, and crawling.
- Required to type reports and spend a great deal of time on the phone.
- Must be able to read instructions and communicate with customers via phone/email.
- This is a position that may be required to work occasional overtime – which could include nights and weekends.
