The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading all warehouse, shipping and receiving operations, as well as packaging and kitting functions. Job Description Manages inventory, coordinates shipments, and ensures timely delivery of products to customers
Ensures accurate inventory in assigned warehouse areas
Supervises Strata-G’s Company Vehicle Use and Maintenance
Coordinates the Time and the Movement of Material from Warehouse Stock to the Shop Floor
Expedites the movement of Outside Process MOs to vendors, as well as tracking status and scheduled returns
Provides oversight of packaging and kitting tasks
Responsible for maintaining an adequate stock of pallets, boxes, crates, and packaging materials to support both internal and project needs
Schedules and ensures all required inventories and/or audits are performed per customer and company requirements. This Includes all of the warehouse stock, Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), Customer Furnished Materials (CFM), and company property
Ensure proper receiving, shipping, storing, and disposition of hazardous materials and industrial waste
Ensures that all assigned personnel orientations, training, and licensing requirements are completed, documented, and filed with Human Resources (HR)
Maintains government property management and reporting compliance
IAW FAR 52.245-1
Makes entries into the Government property system, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), as necessary
Responsible for assigned employees’ annual performance reviews
Provides budget input for warehouse and receiving operations Minimum Skills and Competencies Deltek Costpoint Experience
3+ years of experience managing Government property
IAW FAR 52.245-1
Experience working in customer portal systems for shipping
Working Knowledge of the PIEE system
Effective communication skills
Excellent computer and analytical skills
HAZMAT Shipping/Storage Experience
Team Building skills
Inventory control and warehousing. Desired Skills and Experience Experience implementing Barcoding and/or RFID inventory systems
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or in lieu of degree minimum of 5 years lead/supervisory experience. Clearance Must be eligible for and able to maintain a Secret Clearance.
