You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to: Manage day to day operations for lubricant warehouse Manage shipping and receiving of all lubricant products bulk and package Know and follow all the Quality Control Guidelines for lubricant products Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for warehouse personnel and delivery drivers Operate a forklift safely to move products from within the facility and assist with truck loading/unloading as needed Obtain an accurate count of inventory at the end of each month and be able to account for discrepancies Order warehouse materials as needed Promote and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Develop delivery routes and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day Monitor customer tank levels daily and schedule forecast deliveries accordingly Review and assign open order tickets promptly to meet delivery commitments Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries Manage tank/equipment inventory, shipping, and preparation

Requirements:

The best candidate will have the following qualifications: High school diploma/GED or equivalent required Minimum 2 years of experience in management or supervisory roles in a warehouse or logistics setting Minimum 25 years old to allow for operation of a company vehicle Forklift certification or demonstrated experience Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 55 lbs. safely Excellent written and verbal skills Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn inventory systems Experience using dispatch or logistics software (preferred) Knowledge of fuel and lubricant products or delivery operations (preferred) Additionally, while performing duties, the employee is required to sit, stoop, lift up to 55 pounds, type, communicate effectively, manage conflict, work evenings and/or weekends, attend remote meetings, and travel. In the performance of respective tasks and duties, the employee is expected to: Successfully perform quality work within deadlines with or without supervision. Interact professionally and confidently with other employees, customers, and contacts. Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
