Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages, & participates in the installation of new medical water treatment systems used in dialysis care Installation and service of system components needed to repair, modify or upgrade existing medical water treatment systems used in dialysis care Coordinates & performs installation of fluid delivery systems used in dialysis care, including water and dialysis concentrate storage and distribution equipment and piping Responsible for the Installation of NEW equipment, replacement of old equipment, upgrade water treatment systems & works very closely with
GFS/CBRE
(Genesis Group) Provide Technical troubleshooting for complex Water System issues. Implements solutions; conducts design and implementation reviews; researches and resolves medical water or delivery systems issues; monitors project progress and tracks action items Responds to teammate and/or management concerns; identifies and implements process improvements Communicates project status and open issues proactively Provide and manage metrics & reports Conducts appropriate reviews and meetings, presenting summaries and findings to senior leadership Participates in and provides resources for technical and clinical water systems education efforts at all levels Grows and develops water system business designs to meet needs of the DVA enterprise Development of business system to help DVA achieve its strategic objectives Business skills including budget management, project planning skills and organizational skills Identify and resolve problems by developing systemic solutions Execute solutions to drive implementations and improvements in positive, proactive ways Creating clear effective written and oral communications Provide delivery of concise and effective presentations to all levels of the organization Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
Experienced – Advanced Leader Track and/or Equivalent Experience Proficient in the use of power tools (Drills/Drivers/Cutting Tools/Band saw/Grinders etc..) Ability to lift minimum of 50 pounds Ability to perform repetitive standing, sitting, stooping, walking, stretching, reaching, and use full range of body motions MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check Required Ability to travel up to 75% of time
