In this role, you will lead ateam of hourly employees and will be responsible for engaging yourteam during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety,quality, attendance, and performance. You will also play a key partin maintaining our customer expectations to ensure customer ordersare delivered at the right time, to the right location. OurOperation’s workflow has three major components: First mile
- wherethe product is housed and ready for order; Middle mile
- where theorder is hauled to your area; and Last mile
- when the product isdelivered to the customer’s door.

Key Responsibilities andJob Elements:
- Support, mentor, and motivate your team
- Managesafety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
- Collaborate with all support teams including Safety, OpsIntegration, Loss Prevention and Human Resources to develop plansto meet business objectives
- Lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walkduring shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull,squat, bend, and reach, as well as continuously climb and descendstairs
- Work in an environment where the noise level varies and issubject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stationsinclude outside loading departments, and grocery locations includerefrigerated environments) Work a flexible schedule (weekendsand/or overnight shifts)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of employeeand performance management experience
- Bachelor’s degree orequivalent, or 2 years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Worka flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights,and/or holidays
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
