Full Job Description Summary:

At Monroe Aerospace, we are a leading distributor of aerospace fasteners and also part of a larger organization that is quickly growing with over 30 locations. The Quality & Warehouse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and the quality control systems at our OneMonroe branch in Melbourne, FL. This includes overseeing all aspects of receiving, storing, picking, and shipping product. You would collaborate with our department managers on a regular basis to ensure full compliance with aerospace industry standards (AS9100), maintain traceability and certification integrity, and support efficient, high-accuracy order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations for certified aerospace hardware. Oversee shipping and receiving, verifying that all certifications (e.g., Material Test Reports, Certificates of Conformance, DFARS compliance) are complete, accurate, and properly recorded. Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing training on aerospace-specific quality procedures and regulatory standards. Oversee processes and procedures associated with Quality Management System. Coordinate product quality reviews, source inspection prep, customer audits, and annual

AS9100D/ISO9001

quality audits. Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety in accordance with company policies and OSHA guidelines. Ensure that export requirements are met and documentation is properly completed for outgoing shipments. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce errors, improve throughput, and maintain audit readiness. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, kindness and continual improvement.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience supervising warehouseoperations in an aerospace, defense, or certified distribution environment. Strong knowledge of aerospace certifications, quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001), and traceability protocols. Versed in reading prints, specifications sheets, and part dimensions and the ability to use calipers and gages to verify a part is within tolerance. Proficient in ERP systems, wireless warehouse, and document control processes for certified materials. Current system in use- Quantum Control (Oracle based). Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Forklift certified preferred; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certification in supply chain/logistics preferred.

Working Conditions:

On-site climate-controlled warehouse role with regular standing, lifting, and hands-on inventory management. Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional extended hours or weekend work during peak periods or audits.
