Job Description:

Shipping Manager We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shipping Manager to oversee all aspects of our daily shipping and receiving operations at our Coconut Creek, FL manufacturing and warehouse facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate, efficient, and timely staging, loading, and shipment of orders, as well as managing inbound deliveries. The Shipping Manager will supervise our growing fleet of drivers and delivery vehicles and ensure that all shipments meet quality, safety, and documentation standards. The ideal candidate for this position is analytical, demonstrates strong organizational and attention to detail skills, and has a solid knowledge of logistics operations and procedures. This candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record in a similar role. Tasks and Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Manage all shipping and receiving operations. Oversee the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse and manufacturing facility. Plan, coordinate, and manage shipment and delivery schedules. Stage materials for outbound shipments and ensure packaging meets safety and quality standards. Receive and inspect all inbound shipments and notify relevant internal departments/parties. Review, complete, and maintain shipping documents including packing slips, bills of lading, and labels. Supervise shipping staff, drivers, and delivery vehicles. Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and on-time performance. Coordinate with transportation providers, carriers, and freight suppliers. Troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues or delays. Maintain compliance with shipping regulations and internal SOPs. Utilize and maintain shipping software for van, truck, LTL, and small package (UPS/FedEx) shipments. Required Skills and Knowledge To excel in this position, you should possess the following skills and knowledge: 5+ years of proven experience as a Shipping or Warehouse Manager. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with inventory control and shipping documentation. Working knowledge of logistics, transportation, and freight operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Experience using online shipping platforms and logistics software. Hands-on experience managing a shipping and delivery team. $60,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
