The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager -Lead to oversee the successful delivery of complex,cross-functional technology initiatives within our ProfessionalServices team. This role combines hands-on project management withpeople leadership responsibilities, leading and mentoring a team ofProject Managers while also driving key client-facing projectsacross cloud and SaaS environments.

You will be responsible forleading projects related to data center migrations to AWS, contactcenter migrations to AWS, and implementations of our proprietarySaaS product. The ideal candidate brings a strong background incloud transformation and enterprise project delivery, as well asthe ability to build scalable processes and foster a culture ofaccountability and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing: Lead the planning and delivery of critical customer projects,including cloud migrations, integrations, and infrastructureimplementations. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic projects,ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget. Develop and manage project charters, work breakdown structures,resource plans, and budgets to align with customer requirements andinternal standards. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timelines,quality, and scope are consistently met. Supervise and mentor a team of Technical Project Managers,supporting professional development and performancemanagement. Assign project portfolios, oversee workload balance, and ensureteam alignment with CloudHesive’s delivery standards and clientexpectations. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, andcontinuous improvement. Serve as an escalation point for client concerns and ensureeffective communication across stakeholders, including internaltechnical teams and executive sponsors. Provide executive-level reporting and insights for activeengagements, risks, and strategic account planning. Drive the adoption and improvement of project managementmethodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), templates, and tools. Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales,Customer Success, etc.) to optimize project transitions andhandoffs. Ensure all project deliverables, documentation, andclient-facing materials are accurate, current, andwell-organized. Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas of success andopportunities for improvement.

Is this role for you?

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, InformationSystems, or a related field. Minimum of5+ years of technical project management experience,with at least 1-2 years of people leadership experience in aconsulting, SaaS, or cloud services environment. Proven ability to manage a portfolio of concurrent projects,teams, and customers with high attention to detail and deliveryexcellence. Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud migrationstrategies. Demonstrated success in leading contact center or data centertransformation projects. Knowledge ofcloud platforms, the software development lifecycle(SDLC), and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Hands-on experience with tools such asJIRA, Confluence, Asana,Salesforce, NetSuite, Open Air or similar platforms. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisionsunder pressure. Operates with a high sense of urgency, ownership, andintegrity.

Certificates:

PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred. AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus and requiredwithin the first 180 days of employment. Commitment to ongoing professional development.

TravelRequirements:

May require up to 10% travel within the UnitedStates.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role directly supervises a team of Project Managers.

Responsibilities include team development, performance reviews,mentorship, and capacity planning.
