The ideal candidate must have a strong background in building and construction, management skills, This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively supervise staff while implementing practices to optimize warehouse processes. Duties Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Coordinate daily routes Oversee inventory Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to promote a high-performance culture. Utilize machinery such as a rebar bender/cuter and forklift Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall daily operations Greet and help our customers Requirements Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role within the warehouse environment. Background in building materials and construction . Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing operational tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Be able to run a fork lift Be able to use/learn a rebar bender and cutter
