One of my best clients is currently seeking a Night Warehouse Manager for their facility located just outside Plant City, FL.

We’re looking for a strong leader to manage our overnight operations and keep things moving-literally and figuratively.
Position Summary:
As Night Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all nightly warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and team leadership. You’ll ensure our high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity are met while fostering a positive, results-driven workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the night shift team to meet operational goals Monitor and improve order fulfillment accuracy and shipping timelines Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections and training Optimize workflow, layout, and labor to improve efficiency Partner with day shift and logistics managers for seamless transitions Manage KPIs and provide reporting on nightly performance Handle personnel issues including coaching, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Qualifications:
