This is a long term position. Competative compensation commensurate with experience.

Essential Functions/Job Duties:

Manage the purchasing, receiving, shipping, handling, distribution transfer and storage of all equipment, product, and supplies that come in and out of the warehouse. Manage and maintain all warehouse facilities and equipment, ensuring safe and clean conditions; replace or adjust plant facilities and equipment when necessary. Ensure all customer and internal orders are shipped in a timely manner, with direct delivery schedules. Maintains strict control over inventory levels to meet internal and external demand of product; identifies discrepancies and takes appropriate action. Responsible for compliance with safety regulations concerning handling and storage of materials; develop and/or enforce corporate policies regarding security and safety to maintain a safe working environment. Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, unboxing equipment, and racking machines. Manage accounting functions related to purchasing materials, services, and payment of invoices. Record the serial number, meter, accessories, physical appearance of each machine received. Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with other departments such as sales, service, and purchasing. Coordinate pickups with freight companies to ensure timely returns. Observe all safety and security policies and procedures. Regular physical attendance on a predictable basis is essential to the performance of this job. Other duties and projects as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management. Maintains a valid driver’s license and forklift certification. High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Minimum three (3) years warehouse experience required. Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook and Excel. Successful completion of a background check is required for this position.
