The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, and optimizing supply chain processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of warehouse management systems, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Duties Deliver equipment and material to jobsites. Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping of products. Coordinate with supply chain management teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and optimal inventory levels. Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline transportation and distribution processes. Monitor fleet management activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and efficient vehicle utilization. Conduct regular audits of inventory and distribution center operations to identify areas for improvement. Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to foster a productive work environment. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities. Experience Must have valid drivers license with clean MVR. Proven experience in warehouse management or related fields is essential. Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices. Familiarity with transportation management systems and fleet management is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
