Bonded Warehouse Manager Full time Monday to Saturday From 9:00 am to 5:30 pm We are a dynamic and growing wholesaler of perfumery products , located in the city of Medley, FL serving clients across domestic and international markets, dedicated to offering high-quality products, exceptional service, and efficient logistics solutions to our customers. As part of our strategic growth, we are launching operations of a new Bonded Warehouse to enhance our import/export capabilities and streamline our global supply chain. This new facility will play a key role in our distribution network, allowing us to serve our customers more effectively and expand into new markets. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Bonded Warehouse Manager to lead this critical initiative from the start and ensure excellence in operations and compliance. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the bonded warehouse in compliance with customs regulations and company policies. Supervise warehouse staff and oversee all inbound and outbound shipments under bond, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods under customs regulations. Ensure accurate inventory control, reconciliation, and reporting. Maintain proper documentation and records for customs and audits. Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory agencies. Implement and monitor safety, security, and operational procedures. Lead process improvements to maximize warehouse efficiency and accuracy. Provide regular performance reports to management. Requirements Proven experience (5+ years) managing a bonded warehouse or similar regulated warehouse environment. Strong understanding of customs regulations, bonded goods handling, and compliance requirements. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of safety and security standards in warehousing.
