岗位职责 参考JD： 运营管理：统筹枢纽仓的整体运营，合理规划仓储空间，优化货物存储布局；监控货物出入库、分拣、盘点等全流程操作，确保作业高效、准确，达成仓库吞吐量、库存准确率等关键指标。​ 团队管理：组建、培训和管理仓库运营团队，制定员工绩效考核标准，激励员工提升工作效率与服务质量；协调各岗位工作，营造良好的团队协作氛围，提高团队凝聚力与执行力。​ 成本控制：制定并执行仓库成本预算，控制人力、设备、耗材等运营成本；通过流程优化、设备升级等措施，降低运营损耗，提高资源利用率。​ 安全与合规：建立健全仓库安全管理制度，定期组织安全检查与培训，确保仓库设施、设备及作业符合安全规范与行业标准；保障货物存储安全，防范货损、盗窃等风险，确保仓库运营合法合规。​ 协同优化与数据分析：推动仓库信息化管理系统的应用与优化，确保数据准确及时；与物流运输、采购、销售等部门及供应商保持密切沟通协作，协同解决运营问题；定期分析库存周转率、订单处理时效等运营数据，制定改进措施，持续优化仓库运营管理，提升整体运营效能 。 Main Responsibilities​

Operation Management:

Oversee the overall operation of the hub warehouse, reasonably plan the storage space, and optimize the goods storage layout; Monitor the whole process operations such as goods inbound and outbound, sorting, and inventory, ensure efficient and accurate operations, and achieve key indicators such as warehouse throughput and inventory accuracy.​

Team Management:

Establish, train and manage the warehouse operation team, formulate employee performance evaluation standards, motivate employees to improve work efficiency and service quality; Coordinate the work of each position, create a good team cooperation atmosphere, and improve team cohesion and execution.​

Cost Control:

Develop and implement the warehouse cost budget, control operating costs such as labor, equipment, and consumables; Reduce operating losses and improve resource utilization through process optimization, equipment upgrades and other measures.​

Safety and Compliance:

Establish and improve the warehouse safety management system, regularly organize safety inspections and training to ensure that warehouse facilities, equipment and operations meet safety specifications and industry standards; Ensure the safety of goods storage, prevent risks such as goods damage and theft, and ensure the legal and compliant operation of the warehouse.​ Collaboration, Optimization and Data Analysis：Promote the application and optimization of the warehouse information management system to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data; Maintain close communication and collaboration with logistics transportation, procurement, sales departments and suppliers to jointly solve operational problems; Regularly analyze operation data such as inventory turnover rate and order processing time, formulate improvement measures, continuously optimize warehouse operation management, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
