We’re seeking a Principal ChannelOperations Manager
- Distribution to play a critical role insupporting the operational execution and ongoing alignment of thisstrategic partnership.
As a senior operations leader within theGlobal Channel Operations team, you’ll partner closely withinternal stakeholders and Arrow’s teams to ensure flawless deliveryof programs, processes, and strategy.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Own all aspects of channel operations for distribution-acrossboth internal and outsourced distributors. Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) transition and planningprocesses for distribution. Act as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert (SME) toDistribution leadership and distributor partners. Manage the rhythm of the business, overseeingweekly/monthly/quarterly activities such as rebates, renewals, andbusiness reviews. Drive asset forecast management, including tracking andaccountability across regions. Identify and resolve operational issues by analyzing rootcauses and proposing long-term solutions. Champion continuous improvement, automation, and processoptimization across reporting, dashboards, and KPIs. Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights toexecutive leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support changemanagement and alignment with Citrix GTM strategies.
Required Experience/Skills:
Proven experience implementing strategic goals and developingshort-to-mid-term operational plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable ofdriving insights from complex or incomplete datasets. Experience navigating and resolving undefined, cross-functionalissues and leading root cause analysis. Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influenceskills-internally and with external partners. Comfortable working in high-visibility, high-impact roles withbroad business scope. 12+ years of experience in channel operations, salesoperations, or similar roles in the technology industry. Experience with end-to-end process design andimplementation.
Optional Experience/Skills:
Advanced Excel skills; experience with business intelligencetools preferred. Deep knowledge of recurring revenue models and sales behaviorsthat drive ARR in the technology space. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Oracle CX orsimilar platforms. Demonstrated ability to connect operational outcomes with KPIsand business success. Detail-oriented with a strong bias for action and outcomeownership. Background working within or closely with distributors andglobal channel ecosystems a strong plus. This position requires strong intercultural awareness tocollaborate effectively with global teams. Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualificationsincluding job-related education, training, experience, licensure,and certification, that could result at a level outside of theseranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards,including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the termsof the applicable plan and role as well as individualperformance.

- 240,902 CA generally ranges: $167,585
- 251,377 All other locations fall under our General State range:$139,654
