Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. You will lead a small team, manage inventory, coordinate shipping/receiving, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and brings a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate stock levels through cycle counts, monthly audits, and real‑time system updates.

Receiving & Distribution:

Coordinate incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy and quality, and manage order picking, packing, and shipping processes.

Team Supervision:

Hire, train, schedule, and coach a team of warehouse associates and forklift operators.

Process Optimization:

Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks; implement layout, equipment, or procedural improvements to boost efficiency.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce OSHA and company safety policies; conduct regular safety audits and maintain equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).

Vendor Coordination:

Communicate with suppliers and carriers to expedite deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and negotiate rates when possible.

Reporting & Documentation:

Oversee accurate shipping/receiving paperwork, maintain digital records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and prepare regular performance reports for leadership. Qualifications Must have Quickbooks experience Must have a clean drivers license – No exceptions Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
