Warehouse Manager ezapple inc Miami, FL 33122 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse functionality, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of warehouse management practices. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards. Manage inventory control processes, including procurement and order fulfillment. Implement lean management principles to enhance operational efficiency. Coordinate transportation management and fleet operations to optimize delivery schedules. Develop and maintain effective relationships with NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) partners. Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support to improve performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations. Skills Proven experience in warehouse management, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes. Knowledge of lean methodologies to streamline operations and reduce waste. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems. Strong operations management skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Experience in transportation management and fleet oversight is preferred. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent leadership skills, with the capacity to motivate and develop team members. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
