JOB DESCRIPTION

Our ideal candidate is someone with operational experience, a working knowledge of produce and perishables, and a keen interest in creative problem-solving. Our team is focused, hardworking, and energetic, we look for the same in this candidate. The role will have the primary responsibility of the preparation and delivery of customer orders to local accounts, procuring produce from the market, recieving inbound shipments, and managing inventory. The role will also involve general operations support to our Operations, Buying and Regional Leads. About the job You’ll be a part of a dynamic, responsive team at Natoora Miami. You will have a key role in ensuring our customers’ orders are ready on time and delivered with focus on customer satisfaction. This is a full-time hourly position shifts start between 1am and 3am, 5 days a week including Saturdays and some holidays. Scheduled shifts are 8 hours but availability for overtime is sometimes necessary. The job requires full shifts working in and out of a refrigerated environment.

Ability to start a full shift at 1 AM
Experience working collaboratively across different teams
Enthusiasm for physical tasks
Ability to work at 38-42 degrees for an entire shift
Driving experience (16′ Box Truck )
Market Buying experience
Price negotiation experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong Attention to Detail
Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel a plus
Food Safety Training and Certification a plus

COMPENSATION

this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $50,000.00 – $54,000.00
