Job Summary:

Operations Systems Integration’s purpose is to strengthen operations and the experiences of Cast and Guests today and into the future through technology solutions. As the Sr. Manager, Operations Systems Integration (OSI), you will play a critical role in the definition, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions impacting Walt Disney World, with a specific focus on Hotels and Resorts. The ideal candidate is solution-driven with experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, leading teams through all phases of project delivery, and has familiarity with Hotels & Resorts systems. The role reports to the Director, Site Strategy & Integration / Operations Systems Integration. Responsibilities Serves as the Hotels & Resorts, Line of Business and Development representative, translating business needs to the Technology and Digital organization, ensuring delivery of solutions are smoothly implemented at scale. Leads, develops, and grows a talented and dynamic team of project managers while managing project staffing and pipeline needs. Partners with clients and stakeholders on technology strategy definition and project prioritization. Oversees project management of multiple projects simultaneously from planning to implementation. Proactively finds solutions to known and emerging business needs, seeking out root causes, convening stakeholders, driving accountability, and raising awareness of issues. Communicates status of projects to stakeholders at all levels of the organization using data and insights to guide decision making. Develops and maintains close, effective relationships across stakeholder groups. Actively seeks to continuously improve self, team, and broader OSI organization through innovation, sharing of best practices, and staying current on business/industry/consumer trends. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in managing multiple multi-stakeholder projects of varying complexity simultaneously by acting as an integrator across a broad set of partners. 3+ years of experience leading teams. Cast and Guest-centric understanding of Hotels and Resorts’ business drivers and supporting technology systems. Current or prior Disney Experience Ability to develop a Guest-centric delivery strategy. Experience driving change and leading through ambiguity with a friendly, solution-oriented approach. Strategic thinker capable of effectively communicating and influencing horizontally and vertically. Self-starter and curious; acts independently and escalates appropriately.
