As our Warehouse Operations Manager , you will lead the operational heartbeat of our Orlando Distribution Center. This role oversees all inbound and outbound warehouse functions, driving team performance through leadership, data accountability, and a deep commitment to delivering service that exceeds expectations.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Manage and coach two shift leads: Receiving Lead (inbound freight, inventory, putaway operations) Outbound Shift Lead (order fulfillment, staging, driver dispatch) Oversee total staff of 8-14 team members, including warehouse associates and company drivers Set performance expectations and hold teams accountable through coaching, recognition, and consistent feedback Operational Execution Ensure timely, accurate receiving and putaway of all inbound shipments Oversee staging, picking, packing, and loading of outbound orders for local delivery and freight Coordinate daily operations between morning and evening shifts to maintain continuity and service excellence Customer-Focused Delivery Instill a culture of urgency, care, and precision throughout the warehouse Ensure every outbound delivery reflects our commitment to exceeding customer expectations Data-Driven Management Monitor and act on warehouse performance reports (e.g., labor efficiency, picking accuracy, OTIF rates, delivery cycle time) Collaborate with the Director of Operations to identify and implement process improvements Compliance & Safety Enforce warehouse safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready facility Qualifications 3-5 years of warehouse or distribution center management experience, including team leadership Demonstrated success managing multi-shift operations, preferably with both warehouse staff and drivers Strong ability to lead and develop people across roles and shifts Proficient in reading and responding to operational reports and warehouse KPIs Experience with WMS or ERP systems (DDI or similar preferred) Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business a plus Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to ensure continuity across shifts

Compensation & Culture Salary Range:
