Job Description:

Campus Customs, a leading merchandise production company, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Online Fulfillment Manager to join our team in Celebration, FL. This role is essential to ensuring timely, accurate, and professional packaging and shipment of customer orders.

Responsibilities:

Pick, produce, pack, and ship online orders efficiently and accurately Maintain organized inventory and workspace Assist with receiving and restocking merchandise Ensure all orders meet quality standards before shipping Support event fulfillment and on-site merchandising as needed Manage Online Fulfillment Department and delegation of duties and responsibilities

Requirements:

Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the day Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility with occasional overtime or event work Familiarity with Shipstation, ShopWorks, Basecamp, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel or similar programs is a plus Prior experience with shipping or order fulfillment is a plus
