We are a well-established electrical contracting company seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee our materials and logistics operations. This role is critical to the smooth functioning of our field teams and project schedules.
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing inventory, ordering materials, and delivering parts and equipment to job sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical equipment-either as a former electrician or through relevant industry experience-and must be comfortable with physical labor and driving duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage warehouse inventory and ensure all electrical materials are properly stocked and organized Order materials and coordinate with suppliers to maintain inventory levels Load, transport, and unload materials to and from job sites using company vehicles Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse Track incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies Oversee the management of fleet vehicles, including scheduling routine maintenance and repairs. Ensure all vehicles are properly stocked, and in optimal working condition.
Requirements:
Prior experience with electrical materials or background as an electrician highly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor Clean and valid driver’s license required Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Forklift experience is a plus
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime depending on job site needs.
