Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Warehouse Manager/Purchaser to manage our warehouse operations and procurement needs. This dual-role position is essential to ensuring our events run smoothly, with all equipment and supplies in place—on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Coordination Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, and dispatching. Ensure all event kits and espresso equipment are prepped, packed, and maintained to Express Kafeh standards. Organize and maintain a clean, efficient, and well-labeled storage system. Load and unload vehicles; assist with deliveries and pickups when required. Coordinate with event and logistics teams to align warehouse activity with upcoming schedules. Purchasing Track supply levels and anticipate restocking needs based on event calendars. Source high-quality ingredients, packaging, and equipment at competitive prices. Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate purchasing terms. Place and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving delays or issues. Monitor spending and manage purchasing within set budgets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse coordination, procurement, or related roles. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy; comfortable with inventory systems and spreadsheets. Reliable, resourceful, and solution-oriented.

Preferred:

Experience in the food & beverage or event industry. Familiarity with espresso equipment and barista service components (Preferable)
