Warehouse Manager 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 15501 Park Of Commerce Boulevard, Jupiter, FL 33478 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory control, shipping and receiving processes, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials within the supply chain. This role requires strong leadership skills to supervise warehouse staff and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Oversee inventory control processes, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits. Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely delivery of products. Implement lean management principles to optimize warehouse layout and workflow. Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance. Collaborate with supply chain management to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly. Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for efficient material handling. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Experience Proven experience in warehouse management. Familiarity with inventory control systems and best practices in shipping and receiving. Proficiency in operating warehouse vehicles – Order Picker, Reach Truck & Fork Lift. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.

$800.00 – $1,200.00 per week
