Fullfillment Specialist Position Available In Pinellas, Florida

Job Description:

A local leading company in iPad Point-of-Sale systems has animmediate temporary-to-permanent job opening for an experiencedfull-time Fulfillment Specialist at their facility in SaintPetersburg, FL. This position will be responsible for the configuration of hardwareand software, as well as the management of all hardware inventory.

This role will assist with the consistent delivery of allconfigured hardware to client locations as well as thecustomer-company relationship and client satisfaction. This individual will assist with testing and verifying systemequipment prior to all outgoing shipments. Must also ensure thatthere are no errors with customer?s ordered equipment. The rolerequires customer satisfaction and technical computer skills tosuccessfully communicate with internal and external clients. Additional responsibilities will include being knowledgeable in allareas of the fulfillment process, including shipping, receiving,shipping labels, return labels and RMA’s. Taking orders,coordinating activities with the team and ensuring shipments areready for delivery to our courier delivery services. Operating andmaintaining a wide variety of equipment, moving boxes andequipment, stocking materials, managing the fulfillment queue andoutput, completing assigned tasks based on priority. Shift will be Monday-Friday from approximately 9am – 5:30pm. Mustbe flexible to work longer hours and mandatory Overtime, includingweekends, specifically toward the end of each month to supportinflux of end of the month sales.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Warehouse experience is a plus
• Minimum 2 years customer service and/or hardware fulfillmentexperience preferred
• Experience in POS technical support environment is a plus
• Must be proficient in MS Office software programs, as well asinternet navigation
• Must be able to successfully complete drug, background, andreference screenings
