Impact:
Lead warehouse operations including receiving, materials handling, inventory, and distribution. Establish warehouse protocols and practices ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment. Control expenses and achieve cost center budget targets. Maintain accurate stock inventories. Ensure the warehouse area, loading bay, and storage areas are safe, organized, and clean. Create schedules to ensure the warehouse is monitored during shipping/receiving hours. Maintain documentation and accurate records of warehouse activities including environmental conditions and safety stock levels on all materials and consumables. Attend work on a regular and reliable full-time basis. Exhibit professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices. Embodies company cultural values and aligns daily actions with department and company culture. Provides strategic and day to day leadership of the Warehouse department. Exhibits strong leadership, coaching and development to engage team members and build a cohesive team. Identifies, recruits, and retains top-notch talent. Role:
Generally, 6 years of experience in warehousing/distribution. Bachelors degree is a plus. Generally, 4 years of experience leading and managing teams.
