The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily functions of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team while optimizing inventory control and distribution processes. Duties Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping. Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure optimal performance. Implement and maintain Warehouse Management Systems to enhance operational efficiency. Coordinate transportation management systems to ensure timely delivery of goods. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in stock counts. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment. Utilize fleet management techniques to optimize transportation resources.
