And manage regional order staging process for non-commercial orders.
- Primary responsibilities:
- + Daily review of Sales Orders to ensure timely completion + Update multiple databases depending on the activity + Project Spreadsheet.
+ Follow-up with the Customer on status. and assist in delivery scheduling. + Follow-up with the Operations team on their progress of a project/sales order. + Process supply orders, service calls and MAC Activities + Close all processed sales orders and push for billing + Manage inventory levels + Request Equipment Releases + Follow up with order management on equipment availability + Coordinate teams based on priorities + Ensuring information is sent out accurately to prevent delays in response time for our customers
