Our mission is to create seamless, exceptional experiences for both our guests and homeowners. We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse and Inventory Manager to join our operations team.

BASIC FUNCTION

: The Warehouse and Inventory Manager plays a critical role in maintaining and organizing our warehouse facilities, managing inventory across multiple locations, and supporting various departments with logistics and supplies. This role involves hands-on work, regular driving, and coordination across departments to ensure efficiency and excellence in all operations.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse Facility Management o Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of warehouse space o Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of warehouse equipment Inventory Management o Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory o Perform regular inventory counts and audits o Organize and transport inventory between locations o Handle product returns and purchasing of necessary supplies o Develop and maintain a clear inventory identification and tracking system Logistics & Transportation o Drive company vehicle to transport inventory, return packages, and purchase supplies o Assist with transporting company vehicles for scheduled and reactive maintenance Support & Cross-Departmental Collaboration o Collaborate with the Director of Engineering to manage key inventory and perform monthly key audits o Support the Executive Housekeeper with linen packaging and processing o Work with the Logistics Manager to prepare onboarding inventory orders for new properties entering the rental program

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Prior experience in warehouse or inventory management preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs Proficiency with basic computer systems and inventory software a plus Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
