Job Description
Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our clients roofing materials warehouse. This role is key to ensuring smooth supply chain management within the roofing/construction industry.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment. + Maintain accurate inventory levels using digital systems. + Ensure a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment. + Coordinate material orders and staging with project managers. + Oversee fleet parking and manage space for vehicles/equipment. + Conduct regular inventory audits and manage returns documentation. + Collaborate with purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels.

Requirements Qualifications:
+ High school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred). + 3+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in construction/roofing. + Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. + Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., AccuLynx, Service Titan) and Microsoft Office. + Valid driver’s license and forklift operation experience. + Familiarity with roofing materials is a plus.
