ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains a safe and organized operating environment Assist manager in minimizing downtime and identifying opportunities to increase productivity Leads team members in daily assignments and coaches/trains team members as necessary Ensures processes and procedures are followed Audits completed picked orders making necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy of order Acts in a professional manner always Works productively in an individual and team environment Maintains proper paperwork for accurate inventory levels Ensures that distribution center is clean and prepared for next shift Performs all distribution center functions to ensure daily tasks are completed in a timely, efficient manner (i.e., pull orders, replenish stock, load/unload container, etc.) In absence of manager, performs daily startup and assign duties to team members Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

2+ years of distribution center operations experience 2+ years of forklift experience Leadership/communication skills Strong math/analytical skills Speak, read, write English Basic computer knowledge
