Requirements:

• 5 years of experience successfully supervising / managing a team towards set goals, objectives or service-level agreements Strong verbal and written communication skills in a business environment; Experience with Microsoft Office Ability to identify, hire and train talented team members Experience reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), team development, and revenue projections Effective leadership and organizational skills Ability to work independently Enforce high quality standards
