Job Summary:
As a Site Delivery Lead, you will leverage over 15 years of experience to deliver critical insights through advanced data analysis. You will support seamless desktop operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. Your expertise will contribute to impactful decision-making and support the company s mission to create meaningful societal outcomes.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience as an MML (Manufacturing, Maintenance & Lab) role
Mandatory pharma environment experience other industries not acceptable
Prior experience in a site delivery role, with end-to-end responsibility
Experience managing IT/OT services in a site environment
Hands-on exposure in manufacturing lab environments (GxP regulated)
Additional strength in networking/infrastructure support is highly desirable
Leadership capabilities this is a Site Lead position, not an individual contributor role
Job Description:
Be accountable for all aspects of delivery of IT Technology Services to the site, including, Application and Infrastructure projects, IT Systems Operational reliability, IT Change management, and Service Delivery for Base business and end user programs. Ensure End-to-end IT risk management at the site including lifecycle management, information security, and GxP. Manage the support and delivery teams to maximize value Lead projects of various sizes with limited supervision through the Infrastructure and software development lifecycle applying Agile methodologies and tools Field service experience managing team across regions Exposure to Asset management, Depot services, Desktop support Life science experience preferred with the knowledge of GxP processes.
Important Requirements for
Candidates:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Supply Chain or a related field or equivalent through experience Experience in building and deploying business solutions. Supply Chain experience with systems such as MES desirable. Experienced with deploying solutions to high standard in a regulated environment, such as Life Sciences (GxP), desirable. Experience in optimizing processes and delivering upon cost reduction challenges Experience in IT infrastructure delivery, application development and support
