Position Overview:

The Warehouse and Installation Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage installation teams, and ensure successful project execution. This role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on installation knowledge, and the ability to lead a team across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping/receiving, and equipment maintenance Coordinate and manage LED sign and monument installations from start to finish Lead and schedule the installation crew, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope Communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained on-site and in the warehouse Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for installations and warehouse inventory

Qualifications:

Experience in LED signage or general installation strongly preferred Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Valid driver’s license (required) Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience (required) Experience managing teams and project timelines (preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various outdoor conditions when needed
