Benefits What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage, purchase, track, and distribute HVAC and controls inventory, tools, equipment, and consumables. Organize and maintain warehouse space, service vehicles, and tool management (purchasing, repairs, maintenance). Order and track warranty parts and maintain associated paperwork. Conduct regular vehicle inspections and audits for safety, inventory levels, and mechanical condition. Coordinate shipping, pickups, deliveries, and distribution of tools and parts across departments and job sites. Maintain accurate inventory records using software, email, and Microsoft Office tools. Ensure clean, safe, and organized storage and workspace conditions, compliant with OSHA and company standards. Collaborate with the General Manager to support fleet equipment setups and manage uniform inventory. Stay current on industry trends and best practices through workshops and technical publications. What You Bring to the
Table:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry or parts counter experience. Solid understanding of HVAC equipment, parts, and systems—especially refrigeration, control systems, and basic electrical systems. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and workplace safety best practices. Proficiency with inventory software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer programs. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain). Physically capable of lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
